For a couple of years, two entrepreneurs faced a common hiring problem - oftentimes, within 60 seconds of starting an interview, they knew the candidate would not fit the organisation culture, but ploughed through the interview nevertheless. Only if they could have a glimpse of the applicant's personality even before having to meet them!
They felt that the applicant community would also have a similar problem, where each year, millions of resumes change hands, with a majority of them being unable to break through the monotony of the same old formats. A need to bridge the gap between 89% of recruiters preferring video resumes vs an actual 17% receiving it. IntroMagic was conceived to solve this problem and make life easier for recruiters and applicants alike!
At IntroMagic we’re on a mission to help every candidate to find their dream role by putting their best face forward. We enable this by helping job applicants record short videos introducing themselves and highlighting strengths and their personality which can help them stand out from the sea of text resumes. The product also allows recruiters to screen candidates better using video introductions. Presently in the beta-launch phase, we are building the future of online interviews.
About the team
You will be joining a cross functional team working on a SaaS product for the HR tech industry. You’ll work with key people from Community, Product, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, People & Recruiting to get the best experience for our users while using the latest tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Hubspot, Mention, Ahrefs, BuzzSumo, Biteable, & Canva.
About the role
We are currently looking for a digital marketer with a go-getter attitude who will:
Own social media content across platforms including creation, distribution & engagement
Research industry topics, influencers to generate original content
Develop content for social media posts – Linkedin/ Twitter/Facebook/ Instagram/ Youtube
Amplify reach of blog/youtube content
Reach out to relevant media for coverage
Develop, launch, and maintain community initiatives
Monitor and analyze online conversations, reviews, and testimonials—and report insights to internal stakeholders
Engage fans, followers, industry professionals, and potential customers to build and maintain positive relationships
Be our brand voice and contribute to its development
Track social media KPIs and other performance metrics, extract insights, and use this to propose and drive new initiatives
We are an early-stage startup which can offer a ton of learning opportunities not just in terms of digital marketing but also leadership skills.
Opportunity to work with a SaaS product from pre-launch stage giving you the ability to craft the brand tone on social media from day 1
Be closely involved in product journey from beta testing to launch to product market fit

You can work from home
You have copywriting skills, which is key and graphic design skills will be a plus (graphic design support will be available)
You have knowledge of researching content ideas, keyword research and preparing a social media content calendar, which is key
You are experienced in tracking social media engagement using appropriate analytics tools
You can reach out to key influencers/ media entities
You have prior experience in using social media distribution tools, graphic design, video editing software & content management systems would be a plus
You can show us how you made an impact in handling social media in your prior experience
You are creative, hardworking & detail-oriented
You’re an empathetic person with a big appetite for success
You take ownership and feel responsible for the design as a whole
